Fully Hydroyzed PVA

Completely hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is formed by replacing all acetate groups with hydroxyl groups during the alcoholysis process, forming a completely water-soluble polymer. This type of PVA has extremely high solubility and can completely dissolve in water at very low temperatures. The high crystallinity of completely hydrolyzed PVA makes it very soluble in water, but it is almost completely soluble when the alcoholysis degree reaches 97%. Completely hydrolyzed PVA typically needs to be heated to 80°C to dissolve completely.
